Our co owner Stuart, has been involved in sport and fitness most of his life. He played football, rugby and other sports in Telford as a boy and into his younger adult years, as well as working for sports and fitness equipment suppliers for the last 7 years.
Stuart’s interest in exercise resurfaced in 2013 when he tried to start playing football again and realised he was a lot heavier and could barely manage the first half let alone the full game! When not at the studio, Stuart enjoys cooking for Jodi, good wine and watching football and American Football.
Stuart is loves the atmosphere and determination at HITZone and often joins in sessions with members and believes health & fitness should be accessible to everyone.

Jodi, is co owner of The HITZone and is key to the organisation of the studio. She keeps everyone’s paperwork in order and keeps our systems updated and in order to make sure our member experience is what it should be.
Jodi has been on her own fitness journey over the last few years, where after struggling to find exercise that she enjoyed and stuck with, she discovered high intensity training circuits which have helped her lose weight and become healthier and stronger. She has also taken part in charity ‘fun runs’ although doesn’t understand the term fun run, as running isn’t fun, at least not to Jodi! In her spare time Jodi likes to read, get engrossed in TV series and enjoy Stuart’s cooking.

Colin qualified in 2012 when he decided he wanted to turn something that he enjoyed into a career. Having never set foot in a gym until he was in my 30’s he found it very intimidating and found it hard to get the support that he needed, he had no idea what I was doing or needed to do. When he decided to go for his qualifications it was to help him on a path to improve his health and fitness on a personal level, it was once qualified that he decided he wanted to be the person to help others who like him who wanted to make the changes but didn’t know how and felt uncomfortable in a gym environment.
His mission is to change peoples lives for the better through effective exercise and nutrition and to make the whole process a fun and enjoyable one.
