High intensity training is suitable for many people. It will accomplish two main goals, it will help accelerate and increase fat loss and will also improve aerobic and anaerobic endurance. This means that it is a good type of exercise for anyone who is trying to improve body shape or lose weight as well as helping to improve cardiovascular health. People who take part in in sport or activity where the intensity varies will benefit as well. HIT actually simulates sports like football, rugby and even boxing very well, as low to moderate intensity is constantly alternated with high intensity throughout the HITZone session. We would advise that if you have any doubts about your health or suitability for any form of exercise, you consult your GP before taking part.
A small group personal training session at The HITZone will last 25 minutes including a warm up and warm down.
The HITZone will be delivering various types of sessions all based around high intensity training. Our lead trainer will design circuits which will help with fat loss, weight management, body shape, anaerobic and aerobic fitness.
